Yes — and I'd love to do one with you! Bridal trials are available exclusively for brides who have already secured their wedding date with a deposit. Trials are held in Milton Keynes and last around 2 hours, giving us plenty of time to talk through your vision and create a look you absolutely love before the big day. Please note that hair trials aren't something I currently offer.
Of course — life happens and I completely understand! If you need to adjust your time, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do everything I can to accommodate you. Changes are subject to availability, and last-minute requests may not always be possible. The more notice you can give, the better! Full details on changes can be found in my T&Cs.
Absolutely — I'm happy to travel across the UK for bookings. I'm based in Milton Keynes but distance is no barrier when it comes to making you feel beautiful! Travel fees may apply depending on your location, so feel free to get in touch with your details and I'll put together a personalised quote just for you.
It's completely okay and more common than you'd think! My goal is always to make you feel at ease, heard, and confident from the moment we start. We'll take our time, chat through exactly what you love (and don't love), and I'll check in with you at every step. Everything I do is tailored to enhance your natural features so you always feel like the best version of yourself — never overdone.
It depends on the service! Party makeup typically takes around an hour, while bridal makeup is allocated up to 2 hours to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. If you've added hair or hijab styling to your bridal booking, please allow an extra 1.5 hours on top of that. I'll always make sure you have plenty of time so the morning flows beautifully.
Simply arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and I'll take care of everything from there! If you're planning a facial, try to have it done a few weeks before rather than right before your appointment. Gently exfoliating in the days leading up can also make a lovely difference in how your makeup sits and lasts throughout the day.
For my brides, yes! I'll provide a touch-up for your chosen lip colour so you can keep your look flawless throughout the day. For other bookings, touch-ups aren't included in the service, but I'm always happy to recommend the products you'd need to maintain your look.
Yes — hijab styling is something I absolutely love doing and it's available as part of bridal bookings. I provide all the pins and create a sleek, padded bun underneath to give the most polished and elegant finish. You just need to bring your hijab cap and hijab, and I'll take it from there. If you're unsure about what style would work best with your outfit, just drop me a message!
Yes! For bridal clients, synthetic hair extensions are included as standard. For party clients, hair styling is available at an additional cost and must be booked alongside party makeup. Hollywood waves are exclusively available for bridal clients, and you will need to bring your own set of human hair extensions for that particular style. Not sure what you need? Please don't panic — just let me know as soon as you can and I'll always try my best to still complete your appointment. That said, if you're running significantly late, your service time may need to be shortened so it doesn't impact any bookings after yours. To avoid any stress, I always recommend giving yourself a little extra time on the morning!
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before I begin the service. I ask that payment is ready prior to me starting so the morning runs smoothly and we can focus entirely on making you look and feel incredible. Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required per client. This ensures your date is held exclusively for you. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT
Full payment is kindly requested before your service begins. To keep things running smoothly on the day, please have your payment ready prior to my arrival — thank you so much!
CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment, the full balance will remain payable. Deposits are non-transferable in the event of a date change. Please note that if a party booking is made under a bridal package, I reserve the right to cancel, and the deposit will remain non-refundable.
LATENESS
I truly value everyone's time! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to cancel the booking to avoid impacting other clients, and the deposit will remain non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready and set up at the agreed time so we can make the most of your appointment together.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
I will always send you a friendly confirmation message 48 hours before your appointment. Please do respond to this message to confirm you're all set — if I don't hear back, I will sadly have to assume the booking has been cancelled.
ADDITIONAL CLIENTS
I'd love to accommodate everyone, however I'm unable to add extra clients on the day unless my schedule allows for it. If I am able to fit someone in, an additional charge will apply. For group bookings, once confirmed and the number of clients has been agreed in writing, the full quoted amount remains payable. Should any member of the group be unable to attend after confirmation, the total balance will not be reduced and no refunds or adjustments can be made.
TRAVEL
All bookings are subject to a travel charge based on your location. Please ensure parking is available and arranged ahead of my arrival — any parking fees are kindly to be covered by the client. If your venue falls within the congestion zone, the congestion charge will also need to be covered by the client.
ALLERGY & SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER
Your safety and comfort are my absolute priority. Please do let me know of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment so I can tailor my product choices to suit you. I am unfortunately unable to accept liability for any reactions that occur if sensitivities have not been disclosed in advance.
GETTING READY SHOTS / PHOTOGRAPHY
I completely understand how special those getting ready moments are! If you'd like me to assist with setting your dupatta, chunni or veil for photographs after the makeup and hair is complete, please let me know at the time of booking so I can factor in the extra time needed. Should this exceed 30 minutes, a small additional fee may apply. Please also note that as the Artist, I kindly ask not to be visibly filmed or photographed — whether in the background of professional or personal shots taken on the day.
OUTFITS
If your outfit needs to be pulled over your head, please make sure it is on before I arrive — ideally with a robe or scarf protecting the neckline to keep your look flawless throughout.
HAIR SERVICES
To help me deliver the best results for your hair, please ensure it is freshly washed, blow-dried and straightened prior to my arrival. If you have a specific style in mind, please send a reference image ahead of your booking so I can prepare accordingly — including ordering any hair extensions if needed (extensions are included as part of the bridal package).
By booking and paying your deposit, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined above.
